Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa is a non-profit that consists of a church (with 25+ individual ministries), schools, conference centers, a book store and publisher.

For the first time in 10+ years, our internal creative team rebranded Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa.








About


With significant restructuring within the organization, our creative team sought to mark these changes with a (somewhat) new look, and clarifying messaging. The global movement, that originated with the Costa Mesa campus, was/is marked by various iterations of the dove logo. The new westward flying dove celebrates it’s historical California roots, while the more geometric and symmetrical qualities bring a freshness to the familiar bird. Bringing back the dove was a way of acknowledging Calvary Chapel’s origin story, with an openness to what’s next.
